How is PatientACQ different?

Most patient acquisition campaigns focus on generating enquiries. We look at what happens after them too. We qualify enquiries, analyse patient conversations and use what we learn to improve both the campaign and what happens when those patients reach your team.

What is PatientACQ Launch?

PATIENTACQ LAUNCH is a focused four-week campaign designed to book 15+ qualified patient consultations into one dedicated day. We build your offer and patient journey, run the campaign, qualify every enquiry and analyse patient calls so we can see where patients are progressing and where they’re being lost.

WHY is PATIENTACQ LAUNCH low risk?

You pay 50% of our fee to start. You only pay the second half once you’ve recovered your investment. If we don’t perform, we don’t get paid the rest.

How much work is involved for my team?

We start with a 45-minute strategy call and take care of building and managing the campaign. Your team handles patient conversations and consultations, while we review what’s happening and help improve the areas that are holding patients back.

What will i learn with patientacq launch?

You’ll understand how patients in your area respond to your treatment and offer, what motivates them to book, the barriers that stop them progressing, and where the biggest opportunities are to improve your patient acquisition.

WHAT happens after patientacq launch?

At the end of your LAUNCH, we’ll review what worked, what didn’t, where patients were lost and where your biggest opportunities are. If PATIENTACQ GROWTH makes sense, we’ll explain what we’d recommend next and why.
